How to make a newsfee like in the Arma 3 Launcher in WPF (C#)?

I want to make a Newsfeed like the Newsfeed of the Arma 3 Launcher (http://ift.tt/1IGCwoC). The news are in a list and you can expand each one (http://ift.tt/1CYaLYf).

My news are via a RSS Feed.

Do you think it is possible to do that in WPF (C#)? How? I already implemeted a RSS Parser, but I don't know how to create a view like that.
