Kill specific process in windows via folder localtion

I have a windows service deployed on a machine but have multiple versions of that running under the same server. Sometimes I want to make sure that the exe has been stopped and use a remote command

taskkill /IM MyWorkerService.exe /F

This works but kills all the instances of the process. I've found the reference here but I can't see anything on how to say kill the exe that lives in folder X.
