Why I do not get steps for running migration in Entity Framework

I'm trying to deploy my webjobs app (Which is a console app) to Azure. When I do deploy steps I only get two steps, but I do not get steps to set Connection string and migrations, although I'm using migrations in my console app. And webjob fails because it tries to insert records into a wrong db. How do I change deploy connection string requirements?
