todg7.ocx could not be loaded

I have a vb6 project and I tried to open the source code in a new workstation (in Windows XP) and got the following errors:

1. 
   

   arviewer.ocx could not be loaded --- I resolved it by downloading this file from the net and put it in my folder (I don't know if this is ethical but it resolved the problem)

   
   


2. 
   

   mscomctl.ocx could not be loaded ---- I resolved this by changing this line: Object={831FDD16-0C5C-11D2-A9FC-0000F8754DA1}#2.1#0; MSCOMCTL.OCX to: Object={831FDD16-0C5C-11D2-A9FC-0000F8754DA1}#2.0#0; MSCOMCTL.OCX

   
   


3. 
   

   todg7.ocx could not be loaded. NOW, i'm stuck on this one. Any help please? Are these files part of ActiveControls that I need to install (add ons for VB 6)?
